There’s absolutely no reason anyone should have to give up dessert. After all, it’s the best gift to your taste buds! It’s as I said, everything in moderation. If one plans ahead and makes room in the calorie intake and plans for appropriate exercise to offset the goodies (and eats a reasonable serving)… it’s all green lights!
